Traditional snus contains real tobacco while nicotine pouches are 100% tobacco free. Both contain nicotine and are placed under the top lip. As ZONE comes in a slim pouch format, the use of the pouch makes it more discreet. Traditional snus is banned in most EU countries except Sweden.

Snuff is typically either moist or dry tobacco in a powdered form. It can be used by either inhaling through the nose (dry snuff) or placed between the lower lip and gum (moist snuff).
Snus is a finely ground moist tobacco that is usually packaged in small, teabag - like pouches. It is placed under the upper lip.

Zone pouches should only be placed under your top lip, where the nicotine will be absorbed through your gum. Do NOT swallow, chew or suck them.

Pop a pouch under your top lip and you're ready to go.
You may feel a slight tingling sensation, which is just the nicotine and flavours being released.
One pounch will ususally last for about 30 minutes.
Once finished either dispose of sensibly or place it on the top of the can lid for throwing away later.

We recommend for an optimal nicotine release that pouches are used for 30 minutes then safely disposed of.
